Just a note because there's a 50/50 chance I won't be happy with the election.

DO NOT tell me that because I didn't vote, I don't have any right to complain. I don't care who wins, what I care is that there's a bunch of idiots out there who may or may not have fucked up the country again with their choice.

I almost feel compelled to say that with the choices presented for us, that we are fucked either way.. But that is my opinion and only worth what you want to take from it.

America's been fucked for the past 8 years, so I think this fucking will be more of 'trying to clean up hte fuckedupedness left behind...and then who knows? Maybe we'll get fuckedupedness on another scale? Either way, I'm just glad that Bush is out and I don't have to put up with Sarah Palin making women look like babbling morons.

I just hope the confidence Obama showed throughout his campaign won't dissolve to an inability to act when we're put into a tight situation outside of what has to be dealt with now. I'm going to have to go with what many are saying in that he will probably be tested early in his tenure, so I'm sure we'll find out soon if America's decision was a sound one.

EVERY new President is tested. How he is tested will be the question. Will it come from outside the borders or within? Will it be financial or military? Etc and so on. Whatever happens, it's my reasoning that confidence breeds strength, giving way to power. Obama has enough confidence to spread among the 2/3 of all registered voters who brought him here and then some. How can he possibly do worse than W..?
